Our purpose-built Smeg Cooking School is at the Belconnen Fresh Food Markets.
Foodish runs a broad range of cooking classes and we are always introducing new classes in keeping with the seasons and current cooking trends. Our teachers are highly skilled chefs who have a wealth of experience in Australia and overseas and who have culinary teaching experience.
Our Monday evening Autumn and Winter Masterclasses begin in May featuring big cold weather flavours--Italian sausages, Asian soups, Indonesian curries, French fondue, raclette and crepes, Moroccan tajines, and winter Korean and Japanese barbecuing. Click here to view and book these classes.
In addition, we have, in May, an encore of our very popular three-part Handmade-bread workshop with David Damour from Bean & Grain, as well as a three-part Master Pastries workshop in June. Top this off with some Saturday afternoon gourmet Dinner-party classes in April and May, and we have just about every style of culinary delights on offer. For the kids too we have our Autumn Holiday Cooking Program with lots of fun and delicious cooking.
A cooking party is enormous fun and a great way to celebrate your birthday, anniversary, hens, Christmas, or kid's birthday party. It is a cooking class and party in one!
Our wonderful and highly skilled chefs will work with you and your friends to prepare a fabulous food experience. Fancy a Thai or Italian feast? What about a tapas party or High Tea? We will help you develop the menu that is ideal for your special event.
