In this class we learn about these pairings and experience how delicious they are by preparing and barbecuing a range of meats, all enjoyed with a colourful Middle-Eastern salad and flavoursome pilaf.
The class is Sunday January 20, 2-5 pm and Sunday 24 February, 2-5 pm.. $110 including wine, nibbles and a delicious barbecue meal.
