Masterclasses by the Masters

These classes are for those who want to spend more time, usually around 5 hours, focussing on a specific skill that generally involves more technique than what is required in our other classes.

They are run by expert chefs in their field. The first of these classes will be making the ever impressive croquembouche.

Have you always dreamt of making your very own croquembouche? Well we are here to make that dream a reality! Join us for this 5 hour intensive Masterclass.  

This class is run by a true Master, with over 40 years experience in the trade.  He is the former Executive Pastry Chef at the Hyatt Hotel and Parliament House, as well as a member of the Australian Pastry Team.

In this class you will learn how to make choux, creme patissiere and toffee.  You will then fill your choux and assemble your masterpiece to take home and share with your friends (and Instagram of course!).
