Mastering Macarons

Macarons are sublime little morsels, delicate on the palate and tempermental in the oven.

In this hands-on class master macaron maker David L will step you through the principles and tricks of macaron making and help you pump out a large batch of beautiful specimens.

Sip on bubbles, enjoy some delicate snacks, and take home your bounty to share with family and friends.

The class is 1.30-4.30 pm on Sunday 25 February in the Foodish Cooking School at the Belconnen Markets. Cost $95.
