The class is led by passionate Canberra vegan Lauren Wright. Lauren works as a food stylist and photographer, professional recipe developer and has her own vegan food blog.
She shares her hot tips and tricks as you make pecan pie bars, apple crumb muffins with a maple glaze, and the ‘pièce de resistance’ —a mushroom bourguignon.
Join Lauren on Saturday 7th April, 1:00-4:00pm. Included in the $95 fee is a hands-on cooking class, a memorable vegan dining experience accompanied by exceptional vegan wines, and, of course, plenty of fun.
