If you've ever been to a Korean restaurant you will know that Korean dining can be quite complex. Lots of vegetable side dishes to accompany traditional meats, the proverbial array of kimchi, and special ways of putting all this together. It's lots of fun, delicious and a great way to socialise.
You will learn the traditions and secrets of Korean BBQ in this masterclass led by Korean chef Jiwoo Kim.
Jiwoo has extensive restaurant experience. He has worked at 5-star hotels, Japanese, Italian and modern Australian restaurants and, since moving to Canberra, has worked at Water's Edge, Courgette, Pialligo Estate and 86. He has a passion for the cuisine of his homeland and will share this through these classes.
The class is on Monday 9 April, 6.30-8.30 pm. $99. This includes the cooking class, dining experience and wine.
