Dammika is internationally renowned for his chocolate making, sugar work, and his finesse as a world-leading pâtissier. Foodish is very excited to offer you his incredible expertise in two chocolate making workshops.
In each five-hour workshop you will learn about the science of chocolate making, learn how to temper chocolate using different techniques, and make spectacular chocolate creations.
The first workshop culminates in the creation of a range of classic French truffles. The second has you making moulded chocolates and the very spectacular Palet d'or.
Immerse yourself in the world of chocolate making and be guided and inspired by a true Master. Enjoy a special afternoon tea, and take home your beautifully packaged chocolate creations for all to admire and enjoy.
Saturday 2 November, 1-6 pm & Saturday 9 November, 1-6 pm.
Each workshop is $140, or you can book into the two for $260.
This includes a special afternoon tea and champagne.
