Thai cooking is all about the harmony of elements: the saltiness from fish sauce, the sweetness from sugars and the sourness from citrus and tamarind. The craft is to blend these elements in such a way that none predominate. Instead you achieve the sublime taste profile that is Thai cuisine.

In this class you learn how to craft your elements through making three favourite Thai dishes—a yellow curry packed with healthy fresh turmeric, a larb, and a pad Thai. 

The class can be made suitable for pescatarians and, with a big of twanging, vegetarians and vegans so, all welcome to this Thai feast. A meal you will be proud of and remember!

Join chef Frankie for an inspiring hands-on workshop on fermenting for beginners.

Learn about the amazing health benefits of fermenting and simple fermenting techniques. 

During the workshop you will make milk kefir and kefir labna, kimchi, sauerkraut, and kombucha. You'll also get to sample some sweet potato fly and beetroot kvass.

Arepas are corncakes made with a special pre-cooked cornflour and stuffed with delicious south american flavours.

In this class we make Venezuelan arepas from scratch with three fillings: black bean and cheese; spiced chicken and avocado; and South American braised beef. All washed down with Venezuelan fruit punch called Tizana.
