Ravioli, Ricotta & Limoncello

Interested in making your own cheeses? Love ravioli? What about limoncello? 

Limoncello goes really well with ricotta, and ricotta goes very well in ravioli. Foodish brings them all together in this celebration of artisan italian cuisine! 

The class starts with you making your own ricotta cheese. While this drains you learn to make and roll pasta ready for your ravioli.

Work up your ricotta with lemon and other perfect flavours and begin making your ravioli in specialty ravioli trays. Learn and practice other techniques for making free-from ravioli.

Use your left-over ricotta to make a creamy ricotta dessert. Enjoy all this with some great local limoncellos.
